Deadline Extension

Hey Hackers! 

We have been asked for a deadline extension so people can get some final edits on their submissions. The deadline has been moved from the 18th to the 23rd. We have also included one more office hours session on the 20th at 11am et in the Stacks Discord Clarity Universe #office-hours channel found here: https://discord.gg/QHrYFqmAGC
